I chose this hotel for attending a workshop, and it provided easy access to prominent businesses, the Chattanooga Convention Center, and The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. The business center and complimentary wired Internet access were convenient for my work needs.

The only service I missed for my work was an on-site shuttle for quick transportation to nearby businesses and attractions.

I had a recently renovated room with exceptionally comfortable bed and central heating, TV set, and a microwave oven.

Clean and Pet-Friendly Stay

The cleanliness of the room was impressive, but there was a slight lingering odor that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. the hotel's accommodation of pets without extra charges was a major plus for us.

The venue is stunningly beautiful, fairly clean and the location is favourable and absolutely perfect really close to all attractions. The hotel serves cookies and eggs for breakfast. The rooms are bright and modern with 2 queen beds, weights plus 2 tv's. The staff are knowledgeable and attentive and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The rooms were recently renovated and new-fashioned with 2 queen beds kept by the amiable staff. The hotel's position was great, to look at a parking lot an an old shopping center.

I truly enjoyed that the room was reasonably spacious with weights, the roll-in shower.

Loved how I could print important documents, fax my complaints, and copy all the evidence of my dirty room at the 24-hour business center. So convenient!

My stay would've been perfect if I had received a free dose of sarcasm from the staff. But alas, no such luck.

Located minutes from downtown and lookout mountain, this hotel is in a wonderful location. The staff were lovely and happily accommodated our room change. The beds were comfy and the hotel was very clean. The wifi was great with no issues. For the money, this hotel is perfect. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was nice, and it's pet-friendly. We also loved the convenience of the nearby restaurants that delivered to our room. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. a very positive experience.
